How Is My Order Packged

Shipping

Wholesale

We presently export to all 50 states in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. We have an international export program for all featured nations and will be launching additional foreign programs in the near future. We only accept wholesale orders via our preferred mode of payment, which must be paid before to shipment. We are working on an ACH/Bank Transfer option that will be available shortly. Please offer evidence of a business when submitting a wholesale request; we may also want a copy of your valid resale or business license.

Return Policy

Except for damaged products, all sales are final. If your order comes damaged, please take images of the damaged item and email details and pictures to contact@goldburnts.com within 2 business days of receipt. Refunds (If applicable) (If applicable). When we receive your refund enquiry, we may request that you mail the item back to us for examination. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your enquiry and/or returned item. We will also tell you if your refund has been approved or rejected. 

If you do, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days. Refunds that are late or absent (If applicable) If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account. Then you should call your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be processed. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.
