Ingredients:
4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup can abutter, softened
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Cann abutter, softened
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons milk, or as needed
1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract
6 drops green food coloring
1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
6 tablespoons Cann abutter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract 

Instructions: 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175 degrees C). Grease a 913-inch baking dish. Melt the unsweetened chocolate in a cup or small bowl in the microwave. Stir at 15-second intervals until the chocolate is smooth. Allow to cool slightly. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and toss in the canned butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then whisk in the vanilla extract. Stir in the flour just until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and distribute evenly. Irish Brownies 

Cook Irish Brownies in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the surface seems dry and the sides begin to come away from the pan’s edges. It is typical for the brownies to look more like cake and to jiggle somewhat in the center. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack in the pan. In a large mixing basin, combine 1/2 cup cannabutter and confectioners’ sugar using an electric mixer. To get a spreadable consistency, add milk as required. Combine the peppermint essence and green food coloring in a mixing bowl. Spread this over the cooled brownie pan. 30 minutes in the refrigerator 

In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips with the cannabutter until melted. Stir every 20 seconds until chocolate is smooth. Stir in vanilla and then pour over the chilled brownies and quickly spread to cover the surface. Cool again until firm, about 10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
